RCP download trade confirmations directly from the eFX user interface

RCP has added to its STP Framework connectivity solution a module for downloading trade details from foreign exchange internet trading platform (eFX) user interfaces.

The new module is for use when an eFX platform either does not offer a trade confirmation feed or there is an excessive fee for using the confirmation feed. The connectivity solution integrates directly with the eFX user interface to capture the trade details exactly as viewed by the customer. The trade details are then parsed and transformed to generate trade confirmations in the required format and protocol for the customer’s treasury and/or risk systems.

As with all modules on the STP Framework, the eFX user interface download module will run with minimal support and automatically recover from external system failures.
